a laid back intimate wedding
The COVID pandemic has produced hundreds of stories about couples who have had to re-schedule their weddings or make significant compromises. Jade and Sam were particularly inconvenienced and ended up re-arranging their wedding a total of 5 times in 2020/1 !! Although restricted in their attendee numbers, the couple took full advantage of the situation to create an intimate wedding with a "laid back rustic vibe". To add to the personal touches, they had a photo-shoot on the beach at Botany Bay after their ceremony.
Due to COVID restrictions, it's the first time I've had to photograph a ceremony from a hallway!
Aberdeen House is a prestigious, elegant building full of charm and character that was built in the 1880’s originally as a school. It stands in its own well-maintained grounds and the house is surrounded by well-tendered gardens to the front and side: a mixture of mature shrubs, lawns and flowerbeds are enclosed by a hedge for privacy.
"After having 4 postponed weddings and having to find another photographer at the last minute I am SO happy we booked Trina. Given the restrictions in place she managed to capture our perfect day and made us feel so relaxed and we look like us in our photos which is what I wanted. Such a quick turnaround to get our finalised photos and loved the sneak peak on the wedding day itself. The photos are amazing and I’m so excited to share them with everyone. Would recommend Trina to anyone to capture those lifetime moments."
